All students must submit completed registration form on paper or online, as well as first month’s tuition payment before participating in any class.

A space is reserved only when both registration and tuition payment are received.

Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first served basis. A waitlist will be opened if needed.

All tuition is due by the first class of every month. Payments received beyond the 10th of the month will incur a $5.00 late fee.

Tuition is pro-rated for the month during which a family joins the program. No-proration thereafter. Months with 5 classes will not be charged an extra fee.

Tuition is not transferable.

Children 12 months and younger may participate in a Parent & Me class free of charge if a sibling is already registered in the class. Parent must be present during class.

Minimum Enrollment/ Class Cancellation/ Change of Terms & Conditions

All classes are subject to a minimum enrolment of 4 paying students.

If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrolment, students may switch to another time or day or receive a refund.

Lingo Train reserves the right to change pricing, registration terms, and conditions, to make changes to any of its products or programs, or to change a class location or cancel a class at any time without notice. Lingo Train will make all efforts to secure a new class, whenever possible.

Refunds / Credits

Monthly Payment Plan Cancellation:

Cancellations made by families and the subsequent requests for refunds is subject to a $25.00 fee.

All Cancellations/requests must be received no later than 15 days prior to the first class. if less than 15 days, 50% of the payment will be refunded.

Refunds are not available after the first class of the month. Tuition is not transferable.

No credit or proration is given when classes are missed.

Credit card transactions will be refunded by check. Please allow 2 weeks for processing the refund.

When tuition is paid by check and should a refund be requested, a check will be issued. A $25.00 fee applies. Please allow 2 weeks for processing the refund.
